Future-proof your career Our focus is on developing the whole person – as a learner and leader. Here we teach you not what to think, but how to think. It’s an important difference. We believe that an adaptable approach will be essential for success in your business career. Many of the roles you’ll take on in your working life may not even exist yet, so think of this as a form of future-proofing. We won’t just equip you with the latest in management theory, but with the skills you need to lead effectively in any organization.

Receive dedicated careers support Whatever your experience as a manager and whatever your professional ambitions, you’ll be supported with your future career planning by the MBA Careers Advisor from the very first week.

Connect with industry The Management School’s close links with leaders in national and international organizations means that our MBA students benefit from a wealth of expertise and opportunity.

Put what you’ve learnt to work Apply the theories and concepts you’ve learnt, solving a real problem for a real organization during a work-based project or consultancy opportunity.

Thrive in a city where talent is recognized and nurtured All this is possible only in Liverpool– a city that’s become famous for its openness to new ideas, its commercial influence and its cultural impact worldwide.

Masters Programs Our MSc programs are designed for people who wish to begin their career in management or who wish to switch their career or deepen their experience in a particular management area.

Career Development Support From the moment you start your MSc you will have access to a specialist careers team. In an increasingly competitive and global employment market it is essential for you to equip yourself for rigorous and tough recruitment processes. During your time here, and up to five years after graduation, we are here to help you prepare for these and you will have access to a wide range of careers events, activities and support.

International Career Opportunities Our dedicated International Employer Engagement Officer delivers up-to-date international job market information, builds and maintains positive relationships with potential employers and stakeholders and produces a range of information and advice to benefit students job searching in their home country.

Links to Employers This year’s students have visited blue chip employers, including Santander and Unilever. Employers such as PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, Vodafone and Jaguar Land Rover, visit the campus to meet students and to deliver workshops and presentations. These events provide a great opportunity to network with employers and hear directly from them about their recruitment practices.

Working with Industry We are able to offer some postgraduate students work-based project opportunities. Some of our programs give students the chance to work on group consultancy projects, working hands-on in industry to solve real problems.
