DSM was born out of a desire to promote a love of learning, growth, development, for individuals and organisation. Working internationally, and have had the privilege to work with a range of organisations and individuals to assist them in meeting their learning needs, build careers, and gain qualifications that are meaningful.

University Pathways:

Gaining a UK university degree or MBA can be very expensive. We wanted to offer students an affordable and flexible alternative. Our university pathway courses and programmes provide students with the opportunity to gain a prestigious UK university degree, without even leaving their homes. Our online qualification programmes and partnerships with accrediting organisations make a UK degree possible.

University pathway courses:

Our online courses provide university credits so that you can get exemptions at bachelors and masters degree level courses, this means that you can gain a UK recognised degree that is more affordable and flexible. Our University pathway courses are:

• ILM Level 7 Leadership & Management Diploma – 60 masters credits
• ILM Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management – 20 masters credits
• ATHE Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management – 120 Masters Credits
• ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Business Management – 120 credits towards an undergraduate degree
• ATHE Level 4 Extended Diploma in Business Management – 120 Credits towards an undergraduate degree
• Combined level 4 & 5 will give you enough credits to exempt you from the first and second year of a UK university degree programme.
• ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Business Management – Foundation course

Dual Certification MBA

Our MBA programme is a comprehensive combination programme that provides professional and academic certification. As part of our MBA programme, you will gain the ILM Level 7 Certificate and ATHE Level 7 in Strategic management, which will provide you with a professional qualification, internationally recognised in the business, management and leadership community. You will also be eligible to progress onto the MBA Top up via distance learning at the University of Northampton. This unique package of business and leadership training ensures that your CV stands out. Our Combined MBA package utilises our unique partnership with the best UK accrediting organisations and universities, to bring an MBA package that is comprehensive, affordable and flexible.

In Company Leadership & Management Academy

We work with organisations to establish and build their own in-company leadership academies in order to deliver, to their staff professional and academic leadership qualifications. We can deliver all of our qualification programmes as an in company programme. We have had the privilege of building in-company leadership academies for companies internationally and in the UK.
