Introduction
The UNYP MBA focusing on Neuromanagement is designed to give executives the brain science behind solving economic and management issues.
The Neuromanagement concentration is designed to equip MBA students with the necessary knowledge and skills to apply Neuromanagement or Cognitive Neuroscience tools in the business context. The concentration draws from the significant increase in research and application of Neuroscience to management, in response to the growing interest of executives in becoming familiar with the neurophysiological foundations of effective organizational performance.
The UNYP MBA in Neuromanagement is designed to delve into the intricacies of the human brain and its mental processes when dealing with management and economic issues. The primary objective of Neuromanagement is to understand how individuals make decisions and engage in social behaviors. The program offers the opportunity to explore this exciting field of study in-depth. Executives will gain insight into the human mind and be equipped with valuable skills that will help them succeed in the business world.
The concentration does not require prior knowledge of Neuroscience and has a practical focus rather than scientific.
