The Modular MBA programme is suited to students who are seeking international insights in an African and South African context and are looking to study part-time over a two-year period.
Students will be required to take no more than 40 days of leave from work during the two-year programme, with no more than 20 days of leave expected during each year. About a third of these days will be hybrid (with the option to join in person on the GSB campus or online, without travelling to Cape Town). All students are expected to take leave from work for these days, whether they join in person or online.
In addition to these full class days, students will be expected to do some coursework outside of business hours throughout the programme (i.e. during evenings and weekends). This work will be as flexible as possible, but students must be able to make time for making time for this work throughout the two years of the programme.
