Specialize with the MBA at Nebrija Business & Technology School
This MBA, aimed at professionals with at least 2 years of post-university work experience, is an intensive postgraduate program that, in a full-time year, combines exhaustive education in business fundamentals (General Management, Marketing, Resources Human Resources, Accounting, Strategy, Logistics, and processes) with training in other skills that have become essential in any company and, therefore, inspire our educational strategy. The approach is theoretical-practical: the classes are eminently practical thanks to using the case methodology (Nebrija Business & Technology School uses the cases of Harvard Business School), and the program includes a mandatory internship period in one of the companies with which the university has an agreement.
The official Master's degree is complemented by several specializations*:
Data analytics and business strategy. Fundamentals of databases and automatic learning to guide or reformulate the strategy of a business based on the information obtained from the exploitation of large amounts of data. This is the ideal specialty for those who want to develop as account executives or give a new approach to commercial and marketing management, human resources management, or financial management based on data.
Strategic development and digital business. Industry and market analysis, evaluation of business opportunities, development and implementation of a digital strategy for those who want to start a digital business or lead the landing in the world of e-commerce of traditional or newly-created businesses.
Business innovation and technology. Development of knowledge and skills that allow the identification of innovation opportunities and programming notions to create innovative products, services, processes, and business models that generate competitive advantages and business success.
Sustainability and technology. Identification of the international regulatory framework on sustainability and development of sustainable solutions to address global environmental and social challenges. This specialty is ideal for those who want to lead the sustainability departments of their respective companies.
* 10 students are required to open a Specialization.
This program is designed so that our students acquire the competencies that, according to the report The Future of Work in Europe 2020, prepared by the consulting firm McKinsey & Co., will be required by jobs shortly: quantitative and statistical analysis ability, project management, technology management, and interpersonal skills.
Today, companies need to hire executives capable of motivating diverse, global workforces who are proficient in technology management. Nebrija's Business & Technology School, with this revised and renewed program in 2022, offers its students the possibility of acquiring these competencies thanks to the interaction with professionals with long experience in multinationals such as Metlife, Cepsa, and IBM.
The approach is theoretical-practical: the classes are eminently practical thanks to the use of the case methodology (Nebrija Business & Technology School uses the cases of Harvard Business School), and the program includes 150 hours of mandatory internships - and specific for each specialty of the program - in any of the companies with which the university has an agreement and among which are Repsol, Everis, Acciona, and Iberdrola, among others.
Optionally, we offer our students the opportunity to complete their experience with a stay at UC Berkeley, included in the price of the face-to-face program (Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship Program + stay), whose MBA is ranked 12th in the Global MBA ranking prepared by the Financial Times magazine.
The result: professionals prepared to carry out the jobs that, according to the classification made by LinkedIn -Jobs On The Rise 2023- will grow the most in Spain: account executive, sales specialist, head of growth, sustainability consultant, business development manager, customer relationship manager, and delivery manager.

To learn first-hand about the business reality in which the sector is located, Nebrija establishes its program activities based on direct contact with the best professionals and the best companies, thanks to a series of conferences and forums.
Stay at UC Berkeley
The price of the face-to-face program includes enrollment in an Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship program designed and taught by the University of California – Berkeley, as well as a stay on the campus of this university for one week. This university's MBA is ranked 12th in the Global MBA ranking prepared by the Financial Times magazine.
Business Simulator
The program concludes with a week in which the students of the face-to-face modality, and those of the online modality if they travel to Madrid, will be able to participate for several days in a business simulation tournament through the Global Challenge program, designed by CESIM - Business Simulations.
Finally, students are invited to participate in the graduation ceremony for Nebrija graduate students, held every year on the La Berzosa campus, in the Sierra de Guadarrama.
Ideal Students
This program is intended for professionals with at least 2 years of post-university experience in the business world, who seek to acquire the digital and team management skills that allow them to leap management positions.
To ensure that all students achieve, upon completion of the degree, the expected educational results, and do not have a degree in the field of Economic Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Commerce, Accounting, or Tourism, nor have completed in the degree that grants them access to this Master's degree any subject in this area, nor can they prove the work experience that has made them acquire equivalent skills, they must take the following complementary training courses, which will allow them to acquire the essential knowledge to access and make the most of this Master's degree:
