Introduction
This program gives the student the tools indispensable to the transformation of their character and behavior such that she/he can become an actor in the transformation of his socio-professional milieu. The training is based on the principles of leadership, which is primarily concerned with meeting the objectives of the organization and the full development of the people being led.
Objectives:
At the end of the training program, the students will have mastered the tools of management sciences (finance, production, marketing, human resources, information systems, etc.). They will be able to communicate, animate and motivate a team, and design and head projects so as to meet the objectives while motivating their team.

- Students will learn the history of leadership theories and practice, and how leadership models are put into practice individually, locally, and globally.
