SNU MBA (S-MBA)

Program to foster younger generation with management skills and practical capabilities.

SNU MBA promotes both Korean and global business standards and is composed of practical educational courses. Overall, it is composed of General Management Track and Finance MBA Track, thus suits students’ different needs. It is a one-year-focused weekday MBA program and the major requirement courses are taught by SNU professors. During the second semester, students take courses taught by international professors with Global MBA students. During the last two semesters, courses are taught in team-teaching settings by SNU professors and external professionals. These courses deepen the academics of business administration with practical perspectives.

There are opportunities to participate in exchange programs abroad for one to two semesters. Furthermore, students can participate in dual degree programs at recognized institutions such as Duke, ESSEC, and Peking University.

Eligibility for Application

General Application

- All applicants are required to have bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- All applicants are required to have minimum of two years of full-time working experience.

- All applicants are required to have English proficiency test score. Minimum scores that we admitted are TEPS(701) or TOEFL(CBT 227, IBT 86, PBT 567) or IELTS(6.5) taken within 2 years from admission deadline.

* Applicants who hold bachelor’s or higher degree from the institution in English speaking countries are exempted from submission of English proficiency test score.

* Opportunities for admissions interview is limited and are conducted solely by the invitation of the admission committee.

International Application

Prospective students who regard oneself as international applicants must satisfy one of the given requirements as below;

1) Both the applicant him/herself and both parents must hold the foreign nationality other than Korea.
or

2) Those of who have completed elementary/secondary and university education abroad with bachelor's degree or the equivalent.

In addition, the following three requirements must be met,

- All international applicants are required to hold bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- All international applicants are required to have minimum of two years of full-time working experience.

- All applicants are required to have English proficiency test score. Minimum scores that we admit are TEPS(701) or TOEFL(CBT 227, IBT 86, PBT 567) or IELTS(6.5) taken within 2 year from admission deadline.

* Applicants who have received bachelor’s or higher degree from the institution in English speaking countries or who have worked for at least 3 years in English speaking countries are exempted from submission of English proficiency test score.
