Introduction
The MBA program prepares managers for organization-wide leadership and decision-making. The program approaches leadership development thematically. Personal development and coaching a key themes to help you understand your value in the market and to develop plans to optimize your potential.
The Master in Business Administration (MBA) Program is an internationally recognized Master's degree in Business Administration and Management. The MBA Program is offered in co-operation with the University of Greenwich and it prepares managers for organisation-wide leadership and decision-making.
The MBA focuses on personal development, with executive coaching to help students understand their value in the market and develop plans to optimize their potential.
Leadership development is approached thematically from the starting points of creativity, practicality, and social resourcefulness. The Master in Business Administration complements academic learning with experiential and practical learning using case studies, business simulations, and culminating in a real-world consultancy engagement.
Students complete an independent business research project within the Program and upon completion, graduates obtain an internationally recognized British MBA.
Upon completion of the Master in Business Administration (MBA) graduates can move on to senior positions in all areas of management, in international marketing, international business, or as independent entrepreneurs.
No Pre-Master Required
To follow this master, there is no pre-master required.
Internationally Recognised Degree
Saxion University offers this MBA program in cooperation with the University of Greenwich. Upon graduation you will obtain an internationally recognised British degree; the Master of Business Administration.

Curriculum
The full-time MBA program runs for 12 months. Classes are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Additionally, you will receive online support through Blackboard, the electronic learning environment used at Saxion. During the final six months of the program, you will focus on your independent business project, resulting in a dissertation at the end of the year of enrolment. If you pass all modules and the dissertation, the Greenwich exam board will confirm graduation in November.
