Introduction
- The Executive MBA program of Antwerp Management School is designed for top managers of subsidiaries and branches of foreign companies doing business in Russia as well as for top managers of Russian companies operating on the European market.

Mission
The mission of the Executive MBA program consists in the development of open-minded professional top managers, who are capable:
- To synthesize often the opposite opinions of managers of different functional departments of the company to make an important strategic decision for the company;
- To create a capable team for the realization of solution;
- To head the team, to lead the process of change, and to make the strategic decision come true.
To achieve this goal we consider necessary:
- to structure the practical experience of the participants and to increase their knowledge on all relevant management issues;
- to improve their skills in using this knowledge in practical situations;
- to develop a professional attitude that is needed to be a successful business leader;
- to confront them with their personal competencies, limitations, and personality, and stimulate their personal development to overcome the related barriers.
The executive MBA program is aimed at the de-specialization of managers. There is no matter what is the business specialization of the participant of our program. He can be a financier, a marketing specialist, head of sales or IT specialist, an operation manager, or head of the HRM department. After graduation from the program, he must be ready to occupy the top position of the company and to be the response to the management of the whole company.

Global Strategic Challenges
The focus of our International Immersion modules is on global strategic challenges. The goal is to transfer knowledge and expertise with a worldwide mindset, leading to an understanding of the economic drivers of global economies and the challenges of a cross-cultural business. During your 2-year journey, you will not only study at Antwerp Management School but also in Asia / Middle East, U.S., Europe, Africa. During each of these 5-day trips, you will join the students of our parallel AMS EMBA Moscow program and take up courses with local Executive MBA participants.

The Master Project, putting learning into action
The Master Consulting Project is a 16-month project. It is not a “traditional thesis”, but rather a consulting exercise project, addressing a real business problem or opportunity. It may be an individual or group assignment, depending on the scale of the project. It is an exciting opportunity to put your academic knowledge into practice, always under the close supervision of qualified faculty and a business representative. If your company supports you in the EMBA experience, the master consulting project offers you an excellent opportunity to give knowledge back to the company. The Project starts in the first academic year and continues until graduation.
