Introduction
Program Overview
Emerging markets, such as Africa, have VUCAROT environments: volatile, unpredictable, complex, and ambiguous but rich with opportunities and threats. To reach the very top of your leadership career in this environment, you must transform the way you see things, have the desire to be challenged, to explore new ideas and to experiment to deliver new customer value. This means that you need to develop an exponential mindset and perspectives that go beyond traditional knowledge offered in ordinary EMBAs.
The SBS EMBA is focused on the challenges and opportunities associated with managing and leading in emerging markets. It is created for aspiring leaders who want to develop bold foresight and creative insight to use experience to explore new opportunities rather than to defend the status quo.
We have combined Swiss Excellence in business education with emerging markets relevance to create a program that is practical, project-based and taught by experienced professors and business leaders; a program that invites you to examine issues about managing and leading in emerging markets at a deeper level.
