The program emphasizes the preparation of students for leadership roles that require clear and critical thinking, sound judgment, effective communication, integrity in all actions, and recognition of opportunities for service. Success in today's business world requires a thorough understanding of global business developments. Through the use of case studies, students are given the opportunity to put their theoretical study into practice.

Foundations Courses in Business

The MBA degree requires all students to take 21 credits of core courses, 9 credits of concentration courses, and 9 credits in the culminating phase. The concentration courses can be in the fields of Finance, Management, Marketing, or a combination of them for a general MBA. In the culminating phase, the student can either complete a thesis in the chosen field or take three elective courses.
Students who do not complete the thesis will have a recognized professional degree but may limit their options for doctoral studies.
