Introduction
ISMAC and ESC Clermont Ferrand are joining forces to offer students excellent BAC+5 level training: the MBA Marketing France-Asia from ISMAC and the Master of International Business from ESC Clermont. Together the two schools offer students cutting-edge and sought-after skills for working with Asia. See the Master of International Business from ESC Clermont – Doing Business in Asia
The ESC Clermont group is an AACSB-accredited Grande Ecole of management and ranked in the top 100 of the Financial Times and the QS world rankings.
ISMAC is a Franco-Asian Business School. Specialized in International Marketing professions, it has strong skills in Asia and a significant network in Asia.
The MBA Management Marketing France-Asia aims to train students for executive positions in commerce, marketing and communication, in relation to Asia. Students delve deeper into cultural aspects (language, history, etc.) and professional aspects (marketing methods, market specificities, etc.). Stays in Asia (language courses, exchanges or internships) reinforce their experience. Choosing an option on China, Korea or Japan allows you to go further in your knowledge of these countries. This dual professional and cultural expertise gives our students fantastic assets to take advantage of job offers related to Asia. Our network of French and Asian companies opens up an internship or job opportunities at the end of the course.
Teaching staff
Our teachers are all university graduates with professional experience in the subject they teach and are also operational in the private sector. They come from a variety of backgrounds, and most of them have worked abroad. The diversity of our teachers’ and students’ backgrounds encourages us to open up internationally. Our close links with Asia enable us to offer students study and internship opportunities in China, Korea and Japan.
Asia: a continent not to be missed
Asia is the largest and most populous continent in the world with more than 4.5 billion people. This demographic weight, associated with the rapid development of many countries on the continent, generates strong economic power and an inevitable shift in the global economic centre of gravity from the Atlantic to the Pacific. Asia has become an essential economic partner for Europe and for France. This weight will continue to increase, and the multiplication of trade will create new opportunities for European and Asian companies. These countries are not content with imitating Western economies and techniques but are reinventing models and methods. The opportunities for young graduate students are immense but require in-depth training in the culture and practices of these countries.
Internship
For all MBA programs, students have the option between a work-study program or a mandatory internship. For students not enrolled in a work-study program, a 4-month internship in the first year (M1) and a 6-month internship in the second year (M2) are required.
