Modern management includes not only a new look at the functioning of the enterprises themselves, but also their relations with the environment. The boundaries of successful businesses are blurring as a result of developing non-standard relationships with companies based on co-operation and collaboration with consumers in the creation of new products. The transfer of consumer activity to the Internet poses new challenges for business managers and marketing specialists, the meeting of which requires understanding the specificity of new media and the behavior of the "new consumer".
In our program, we try to cover all the key problems of modern management, ranging from its soft aspects, such as leadership, organizational culture, communication, employee selection and motivation, through the behavior of "new consumers", new media marketing, financial and risk management in the enterprise, decision support systems, advanced project management methods taking into account the specifics of dispersed teams, the ability to develop new ideas into thriving business ventures (start-ups), new business models and ending with the best models of strategic management of large organizations and crisis management. The program is complemented by activities supporting the building of an employee's / manager's personal brand on the market.
