Executive Diploma (DAS)

Are you looking for a professional challenge & career enhancement? Then get your Executive Diploma, in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) or Utility Management, and become part of our network!

The Executive Diploma provide participants with the analytical, functional, and interpersonal skills necessary for success in an increasingly complex and global ICT as well as Utility business and management environment.

The Executive Diploma in ICT or Utility Management represents in total 10 course weeks with 20 modules and can be completed part-time or full time. The programme is organised in weekly blocks (Monday to Saturday), with each block consisting of two modules. Half of the class time is devoted to the acquisition of new knowledge in the subject area concernend, while the remaining time is allocated to practical work and case studies (in ICT or Utility Management).


Language of Instruction


English is the sole language of instruction. Participants in iimt courses therefore requires knowledge of that language.


Examinations


Each of the 20 modules is followed by a written or oral examination based on the material covered during the courses. Successfully completed examinations can be later on recognised for the iimt Executive MBA programme.


ECTS-Credits


By completing an Executive Diploma, students receive 60 ECTS-Credits including the internationally recognised Executive Diploma in ICT or Utility Management of the University of Fribourg.

Course Structure

The Executive Programmes are designed as a series of modules organised around different subject areas with one, two or three modules in each subject. Each module covers a level of increasing difficulty. The theoretical knowledge that is provided in the beginning is followed by the focus on the solution of practical problems, and on specific knowledge in selected topics.
