A True Campus Experience

The IE University campus in the city of Segovia offers an authentic campus experience. It is housed in the Convent of Santa Cruz la Real, a historic building declared a national heritage site in 1931. Segovia is only 25 minutes from Madrid by high-speed train, and welcomes students from over 80 countries in a global university setting, with an atmosphere that is both academic and lively.   • IEU Clubs: No matter what piques your interest, we have you covered. IE clubs are instrumental to the IE experience. They are the engine of a unique and fun-filled time at IE. (Arts Society Clubs, Geographic Clubs, Professional Clubs, Sports Clubs, Social & Community Clubs)
  • IEU Athletics: Represent IE University in a wide range of team and individual sports, in both competitive and recreational atmospheres (Football, Basketball, Rugby, Volleyball, Tennis, and more!)

Our campus is located in the center of the Madrid neighborhood, Salamanca. This bustling neighborhood is a hub of technology and innovation.     Admissions

    The various stages of our admission process are aimed at identifying those areas of your academic and personal profile that make you unique and make sure that you fit in with our educational model.

    At IE, we don’t have a specific deadline for admission into any of our programs. We have a rolling admissions policy, which means that you can apply to IE University at any time of the year. However, given the limited number of places in the programs and the diverse student body, it is highly recommended you present your application several months prior to program commencement.

    The admission process is divided into five main phases:

    • Online Application & Supporting Documents
    • Admission Test
    • Online Assessment
    • Personal Interview
    • Final Committee Decision

    We recommend that you register for our upcoming events (open house, virtual sessions) so that you can receive information on all our degrees, read about our methodology, and air any questions you may have.

    Admission Days

    Admission Days are unique combined events taking place at IE's international offices, where the participants will have an amazing opportunity of getting a feel of what it means to be part of the IE University community. The applicants who wish to accelerate their admissions process will have the chance to finalize it in one day. What makes an admission day unique?

    • Answer all your questions with the IE University representatives in person
    • Meet with staff, alumni, and faculty

    Scholarships and Funding

    Studying at IE is an investment of time, effort, and financial resources. To help students manage the funding of their program, IE Financial Aid provides access to scholarships and student loan programs. Financial aid applications are received on a rolling basis, but certain scholarships do have specific deadlines. It is strongly recommended to apply as soon as possible, funds are limited, and therefore the closer the intake is, the lower the number of funds available.

    To request financial aid, it is necessary to complete our online form available at https://www.ie.edu/financial-aid/ once the admissions form has been submitted and always prior to the start of the program.

    The IE Financial Aid Department is here to answer your questions about our financing and scholarship options available. We aim to guide our students to find the financial solution best suited for their economic needs.

    The IE Foundation, thanks to our alumni and donors, offers need-based, merit and professional excellence tuition assistance to talented students. A list of our scholarship options, such as the IE High Potential Award or the IE Scholarship, can be found on our website. Loan options and payment plans are also available.
