Graduation Requirements
Graduation Requirements (MBA with thesis):
A total of 10 courses - 5 compulsory and 5 elective courses - (30 credits / 120 ECTS) must be completed. In order to be successful in a course, the student must be awarded at minimum a "C" grade. A seminar and thesis must also be completed and the thesis successfully defended.
Graduation Requirements (MBA without thesis):
A total of 12 courses - 5 compulsory and 7 elective - (36 credits / 120 ECTS) must be completed. In order to be successful in a course, the student must be awarded at minimum a "C" grade. A graduation project must also be completed and successfully defended.
In order to graduate, the program must be completed with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 (out of 4).
Program Outcome
MBA Program is designed to educate leaders and managers who are capable of adapting to change in the rapidly changing business world, capable of critical thinking and problem solving, and who are familiar with current and traditional management approaches. It provides graduates with advanced knowledge, skills, and competencies in the field of business administration. and with the analytical training, they need in the increasingly competitive business environment.
By the end of the program, it is expected that students will have an advanced command of the academic, professional, and practical dimensions of Business Administration, and, within this context, will have:
- Demonstrated the ability to communicate complex, critical, and original ideas and interrelationships in academic and professional environments.
- Shown the ability to employ analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in applied research settings and propose creative and innovative solutions to professional practice.
- Shown a detailed grasp of both core and supporting concepts and terminology, and demonstrated a theoretical and practical knowledge of interdisciplinary relationships as relevant to the specific academic and professional area.
- Demonstrated the ability to systematically and analytically plan, execute and evaluate work in academic and professional contexts through individual and collaborative approaches to study and work.
- Applied the skills, knowledge, responsibilities, and commitment to the quality required for advanced academic and professional practice, and demonstrating a critical understanding of theoretical frameworks.
- Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and the ability to plan, evaluate and improve both autonomous and team-based academic and professional practices.

MBA graduates have the opportunity to find managerial positions in numerous areas within national and international businesses operating in the public and private sector, including sales and marketing, accounting and finance, logistics, human resources, corporate communication, business development, and purchasing and production departments.
Students completing the MBA may also wish to pursue an academic career in Business Administration through Ph.D. programs.
