Program Overview

Accounting and Finance is an essential business function in any business or enterprise and proper functioning of the accounting and finance department is crucial for the potential growth. In any organization, the Accounting and Finance department deals with financial planning, monitoring and accounting and a Finance Manager is responsible for daily reporting, analyzing targets, monthly reporting, forecasting and monitoring cash flow. The specialization pathway in Accounting and Finance will focus on financial statements, securities and exchange commissions, ratio and financial analysis, financial decision making and financial risk management. During the study, the students will also be exposed to GAAP and IFRS principles.

The one year online MBA in Accounting and Finance is a comprehensive program designed for the professionals who are looking forward to a great career in the Accounting and Finance domain. Post completion of the program, the learners will be awarded with a postgraduate diploma in accounting and finance from Cambridge International Qualifications, UK, and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Católica de Murcia, UCAM.

The students enrolling with MBA in Accounting and Finance will undertake the core modules on International Human Resources, Strategic Change Management, Strategic Management and Leadership and Operations Management and specialized modules in Management Accounting, Finance and Financial Risk Management in First Part while in the second part the students will take the module on Socio – Economic – Legal Environment and a thesis work.

Master of Business Administration

Part A consists of six modules out of which four modules are core while two are specialized modules. The six modules will be delivered over a period of six months. All the learners who complete part A will attain 40 European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), which is equivalent to 120 UK Credits.

Part B consists of a mandatory module and a thesis work. Part B is of six months duration. All the learners who complete part A and Part B will be awarded with a degree in MBA in Accounting and Finance from UCAM Spain and will attain 60 ECTS, which is equivalent to 180 UK credits.

The dual certification MBA Program at ESBF will be facilitated by renowned faculty with decades of experience in the domain. During the program, the students will be exposed to industry-specific case studies, business simulations, and extempore.
