Introduction
Our customizable MBA program creates an uncommon experience for every student
Whether you want to advance your career or become a better leader, an MBA from Concordia University Wisconsin will give you an advantage in the workforce. Our program is designed for busy working professionals. That’s why we offer flexibility first and foremost. You have the option of pursuing your master’s in business administration online or virtually. Tailor your courses to meet your goals with customizable MBA degree concentrations, and choose your program completion time.
Overview
At first glance, 36 credits might sound daunting – especially if you’re a working professional. But at Concordia, you can complete your MBA in less than two years - while still working full-time. Each class lasts eight weeks and is taught by industry experts in the classroom or online.
You’ll take five newly revamped core classes, required for every student, four classes chosen from your concentration area, two experiential learning courses, and finalize your experience with a capstone course.
Our curriculum includes STEM courses and concentrations, weeklong international study abroad options to China and Austria, dual degree opportunities, and internship credits. You’ll also get industry-related exam prep and certificates in your concentration area. Because we want to get you started on the right track, we accept up to six graduate transfer credits. Plus, no GMAT or GRE is required to apply.
The Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center promises to be a place where entrepreneurial collaboration and healthcare innovation can occur together.
What makes this MBA different from the rest?
We know you have a lot of options when choosing an MBA program. At Concordia University, we have built an MBA that helps students thrive in mind, body, and spirit. Led by our Christ-centered values, our students will learn to demonstrate uncompromising compassion and unmatched competitive skill. Our MBA program is built on three pillars of student success:
- Not just a number – All MBA students are assigned a Student Engagement Specialist that is there to help them every step of the way. On top of that, our faculty are committed to delivering a 5-star experience to students.
- Experience the difference – All MBA students enroll in 6 credits of experiential learning. These credits help meet students where they are at to develop employability skills. Whether you are looking to gain work experience in a business-related field (internship), gain global perspective (study abroad), improve your job market skills (business coaching), find a mentor (the mentoring initiative), or enhance your skills (Six Sigma, project management), we have the experiences you are looking for.
- Upskill – Our business curriculum provides a strong foundation for using quantitative and qualitative data to be an effective decision-maker, strategist, and leader. Students also choose from one of 14 concentrations to help them develop expertise in their area of interest.
Already started an MBA at another institution? No problem! We can accept up to 18 graduate credits from qualifying institutions for similar courses.

Program Outcome
Our MBA program is all about the professors. As a student, that may sound unusual. But the point is, learning from real-world practitioners with extensive professional industry experience is going to set you apart. Your classmates are like-minded professionals striving to learn today's critical innovative business skills, so you’ll be learning from the best alongside the best. You’ll also receive excellent advising (whether you’re an online or on-campus student), facilitated by a dedicated staff who’s always willing to schedule advising times that are convenient for you. You’ll come out of this program with a deeper understanding of how to make important financial decisions, analyze data, manage diverse work groups, and be a leader in your concentration area.
Where can you go after you earn your MBA? Consider our doctoral programs, including a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). This DBA is designed to address the current challenges facing companies, leaders, and teams in today’s business environment. Students will develop scholar-practitioner skills as they learn from industry experts skilled in blending applied learning with theory development. Students will leave the program equipped with the tools, experience, and knowledge to transform organizations and improve performance through grounded research methods.
