Introduction
The Master in Business Administration with a Human Resources Concentration (HR MBA online) at Brentwood University is designed for professionals of all experience levels, whether they seek to advance their current careers or transition into the human resources field from other industries. This specialized MBA also prepares students to lead and manage effective HR practices by integrating advanced human resource management strategies, equipping them with the skills to innovate and maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic organizational environment. Upon completion of the core credit courses, students can further enhance their expertise by completing two additional specialization courses. Program Outcome
