Introduction
Full-Time MBA - Aarhus Campus
The Full-Time MBA combines modern leadership and an integrated focus on people, planet and profit with a Scandinavian outlook. It provides cutting edge business knowledge while focusing on the participants' personal developments as leaders. It exposes you to the best of our academic world and the best of our corporate liaisons in a joint effort to optimize the talent output.
The goal of the Full-Time MBA is to train and educate leaders not only for companies that are already "green", but also for companies that want to move in a more economically, environmentally and socially responsible direction on more than just one level. Alongside this extended and integrated perspective, growth and innovation are key words to describe the Full-Time MBA.
The programme is taught in English and has participants from all over the world. This gives the participants a unique networking possibility they can benefit from many years after the MBA-degree has been achieved. We do not use text book cases but include the experiences from the participants and the experiences from the research done by the lecturer so as to create a more hands-on situation that allow the students to apply theory and tools in a content more familiar to the students.
Target Group
The Full-Time MBA is a programme for future leaders who aspire not only to be skilled executives, but also to lead employees and companies in a responsible manner. It is designed for those looking to take their career to the next level. It is aimed towards employees in the public as well as the private sector, who wish to enhance and develop their leadership skills in an ever-changing world where knowledge and competition are of the essence, and where acting environmentally, economically and ethically responsible can make the difference.
