For the past decade, the Hay Group division of Korn Ferry and FORTUNE magazine have partnered to rank the World’s Most Admired Companies (WMAC). In fact, according to an analysis of recent WMAC data by FORTUNE, 72 percent of WMAC respondents cited globalization as “very important” or “important” to their organizations compared to just 52 percent of their non-WMAC counterparts, while 61 percent viewed globalization as one of the top three “megatrends” influencing their strategic workforce planning compared to just 46 percent of their non-WMAC counterparts.
