Warsaw-Illinois Executive MBA
Two Great Universities as Partners
The University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign both enjoy the reputation of excellent schools of higher education. This is undoubtedly a unique opportunity for the participants of our joint Executive MBA Program to have
equal access to the best specialists in their respective areas of expertise, as half of the contact hours, will be provided by the University of Illinois faculty and half by the faculty of the University of Warsaw.
Today managers need simultaneously understanding of functional areas of their specialization and capability to weave skills and knowledge into strategic, holistic perspective. This dual challenge is well reflected in our Program. It consists of education carved into functional disciplines but weaved in the capstone, practical course on organizational improvement and restructuring, that we developed and perfected for last twenty years. We perform it now with the assistance of world renown consulting firm – PricewaterhouseCoopers. It has a form of a complex consulting project, analogous to those performed by leading consulting companies. Best consulting projects compete for the coveted PwC Prize.
Participants and Graduates Network
Executive MBA is also about networking. During studies, our participants make new friends and associates for life because the Program demands a lot of teamwork, cooperation, and mutual support. After the graduation, they become members of a bigger
family of our graduates. While developing business skills and knowledge, EMBA allowed me to gain a strong business network, life-long friendships, and personal growth. The professors
are dedicated experts in their fields and shared the wealth of their enormous practical experience, reality, and wisdom. The cohort style of the WIEMBA was truly rewarding and fun.
Most of our graduates were promoted either during the Program or during one year after its completion. The professional careers of our graduates prove that money, time and effort invested in our MBA Program are, as one of our graduates put it: ”the best investment I made in life.”
