Romania is a country in Southeastern Europe between Bulgaria and Ukraine with a border on the Black Sea. Other countries with which it shares borders include Hungary, Moldava and Serbia. Reduced fees are often awarded to students from the EU. There are also many institutions that offer scholarships. Extracurricular courses may be available at an extra charge.
