The content is divided into ten modules teaching topics such as organizational behavior, marketing management, management accounting, entrepreneurship, and business formation. Students learn how to systematically identify and analyze entrepreneurial problems, provide suitable solutions, and make, as well as implement, respective decisions.
In addition to providing relevant expert knowledge, the program focuses on teaching leadership skills and developing, as well as promoting, students’ social skills. Complimentary on-campus classes allow participants to profit from the exchange with other students, personal contact, and MCI’s established network.
