Part-time international MBA
The Part-Time International MBA is a Master of Business Administration with a strong international focus, conducted entirely in English, lasting 2 years. The School’s international atmosphere will put you in touch with diverse cultures and stimulate dialogue and debate. The course will give you tools for achieving your professional goals, increasing your value in the job market, and broadening your international career possibilities.
The Part-Time MBA in International Business lasts 24 months: the program usually held in 1 year is split in 2 years and classes are from Monday to Friday in Trieste, Italy.
The program starts on October and finishes two years later at the end of September, with the final examination and the Graduation Day. All classes are conducted in English.
There are two types of courses: required and elective.
Each course is offered twice during the part-time program; participants can choose when attending different courses.
Each course is assigned a number of credits; each credit is the equivalent of an average of 25 class hours as established by the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

The 2 years program is suited for people who want to continue their work and career path while attending a top MBA class. Because classes are in presence, basically this is a part-time MBA suitable to people living not too far from Trieste (Italy).

The Part-Time MBA in International Business starts from September and finishes with a final examination and Graduation Day. All classes are conducted in English.
The program structure is modular, based on self-contained modules.
- 7 BASIC MODULES of 2 weeks, mandatory for all participants;
- 8 ADVANCED MODULES of 2 weeks, mandatory, but may be substituted with another activity (international exchange, company projects, etc);
- minimum 8 ELECTIVE MODULES of 3 days, chosen among the variety of International Electives offered each year.
Each module is offered twice during the part-time program; participants can choose when attending different modules.
Each module is assigned a number of credits; each credit is the equivalent of an average of 25 class hours as established by the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). To earn an MBA degree, each participant must earn at least 70 credits.
Studied and developed especially for our MBA program, the curriculum was designed to help all participants reach three objectives.
- Knowledge: General business management, from managing a company and its economic culture to supporting the future activity of the company.
- Practice: Theory and practice come together as we gain familiarity with the most efficient professional tools on the market.
- Skills: Develop skills most valued by employers (teamwork, leadership, communication, people skills, etc).
Particular attention is paid to developing aptitudes of participants, during the entire course, personal development activities help develop individual potential.
Participants in the Part-Time MBA in International Business program may choose to integrate their education with an international exchange with one of our Business School Partners abroad.
During these years, MIB School of Management has established important cooperation agreements with several Business Schools with the aim of facilitating:
