Master in Business Administration - MBA

The Master's Degree in Business Management (MBA) is a degree with an "executive" calendar and an eminently practical training adapted to the business world.

Our challenge is to train in a triple aspect: management skills, analytical skills and social awareness of the organizations in which we work. With the MBA we want you to have a tour of the different departments of any company with the aim of developing a critical, constructive and proactive mentality. We want to improve the analytical level, the training for the implementation of new trends and to acquire the "knowhow" of how to incorporate them to create new opportunities.

In addition, the MBA promotes, through different sessions, workshops and visits, that students consider their own initiatives of business creation and business generation, encouraging the jump to an increasingly active position that contributes to the reactivation of the economy or assume management responsibilities in different organizations.

In order to develop this Master in Business Administration, the USJ has more than 100 collaborating companies from different sectors and a teaching staff closely linked to the company, which allows the student to know through personal experiences how to face the day to day in the environment labor.

In addition, through the Company Grant and through USJ -Companies agreements, the master's financing of up to 100% of the enrollment may be allowed.

In addition, students will have the option of taking part of the MBA in different European universities to complete their training at an international level.

  • Train professionals in the field of management and business management in their different areas, based on the effective transmission of knowledge, methodologies and management techniques, and incorporating the trends and lines of development of the current information society train to work in different roles and environments.
  • To develop in the students a strategic mentality adaptable to the changing environments in which organizations are currently developing.

Master's in Business Administration - MBA

In order to acquire knowledge based on real practice and develop the skills acquired through the responsible exercise of professional activity, Universidad San Jorge considers it essential that its students complement classroom training with practice in the professional field, assessing it academically as part of the learning process.

This objective follows the fundamental parameters of the Bologna Process and the European Higher Education Area and responds to the vocation of the USJ to align with the needs of the social and business environment.

The system of internships in companies of the Universidad San Jorge involves the company in the training of future graduates, contributing to introduce the competences that the professional exercise contributes to the formation of the university student and to facilitate a greater company-university integration.

The internship service of Universidad San Jorge manages voluntary practices and compulsory practices. In the 2017-2018 academic year, the Service managed more than 2,000 internships in companies of students of Universidad San Jorge , which were attended by students of all grades and masters.
