They come from a wide variety of organizations and have very diverse educational backgrounds. Women account for approximately 40% of the total student body. Foreign student enrolment amounts to over 60%. A considerable effort is made to constantly attract highly qualified students.

Our lecturers teach a curriculum that facilitates hands-on learning opportunities: entrepreneurial projects, total quality management improvements, international studies courses, and internships. Teaching is valued highly. The curriculum includes case method and instructor-directed courses and emphasizes classroom interaction. Classes are kept relatively small to keep an optimized student-lecturer ratio. Student evaluations average above 4 on a 1-5 scale. Our lecturers are challenging, but succeed by bringing difficult topics to life through discussions and concrete examples.
