Introduction
The Global MBA designed by Uninettuno (first-level Master) is a new program that is tailored to analyze the impact of new ICT and digital technologies on the management of a company. The main topics of the Master are company innovation, ICT and digital technologies for business, Big Data, E-Commerce, ICT, private and public companies, Blockchain, and innovative financing systems.
The academic program delivers a total amount of 90 ECTS, composed of 56 ECTS of online activities on the Uninettuno platform and 22 ECTS on campus. The program ends with a dissertation of master students; the dissertation has a total amount of 12 ECTS.
The course is designed to equip students with the current and emerging theories, techniques, and practices of innovation and digitalization in management and business administration. It endeavors to provide a stimulating and intellectually demanding environment, in which students are encouraged to engage with the academic literature, case studies, and each other, whilst reflecting on their own managerial and business experiences.
The course aims to prepare students for senior management positions in both public and private sector organizations and to deal with the demands of a complex and rapidly changing global business environment.

In a historical and economic phase like the current one, corporate communication has undergone a significant evolution passing from traditional media to the New Digital Media.
There are some elements, external to the company, that have a strong impact on the digital level: the growing relevance of social media in the behavior of people, as well as the continuous variability of the technological scenario greatly affects digital marketing compared to the simplicity and static nature of the media traditional.
Digital transformation is rapidly changing the economic and social scenario and is profoundly redefining the competitive environment in which companies operate, as well as their business models The challenges for companies created by digitalization require new educational programs based on new technologies, ICT, and digital transformations.
In this context, companies need to develop new strategies to define a new business model in accordance with the new digital challenges.

The residential stay in Rome for on-campus activities is 1 month and is mandatory.
Scheduled periods of on-campus activities: March 2021, March 2022, March 2023.
On-campus activities will be taken in Uninettuno Multimedia Classroom in Piazza Grazioli, 17 – Rome.

Admission Requirements
To access the course is required a bachelor's degree in “Economics” or in “Management”. Other bachelor degrees will be submitted before the enrolment to the evaluation of the scientific board.
Final exams and graduation
The training process is composed of different evaluations. Each course requires a final test based on an oral interview, written exam, or project work.
The final exam will consist of enterprise project work and will be the synthesis of the learning process in the classroom.
