Program Description

Master's degree oriented in the business world. Its purpose is that its graduates develop their capabilities optimally and acquire the necessary skills to achieve better performance as business administration professionals. The Human Resources specialty develops research, leadership, teamwork, management techniques, technology use and strategic planning skills in the graduate.

Important notes:

  1. The courses are taken in eight (8) weeks (Part of Term), except for the BUSG 505 and BUSG 651 courses, which will be taken in a 16-week semester.
  2. Students can enroll only twelve (12) credits per semester.
  3. The courses are not approved with a D grade, they must be approved with C or more. C-approved courses do not have to be repeated, as long as they do not affect the average. Minimum graduation average is 3 .00.

* Courses of 16 weeks (one semester). The BUSG 651 course could take more than one semester.
