The MBA IPDM is a full-time program over 8 months including classes (France, Lithuania and the US) and a study trip (Vietnam) aimed at helping students to prepare an individual business plan for a real project. The project can be a personal business project or a development project for the company for which the students already work. Additionally,the program contributes to the development of know-how in project management and allows students to develop the necessary knowledge to obtain the PMI certificate.The session in France is dedicated to case studies and to the kick-off of the business plan for the project at choice, leading to independent entrepreneurial experiences. The period in Lithuania is aimed at advancing and accelerating the project while gaining a more theoretical background necessary for this step. With the theoretical background and the skills developed in the US, students will be able to apply project management tools and techniques to execute, monitor and control their project. Finally, the study trip to the Far East is oriented towards learning how to build long-term business relationships critical to the successful implementation of their individual projects while experimenting how to do business in Asia.
