Until recently, the hardest part of an MBA was getting accepted by a top business school. Having an MBA was the equivalent of between two-and-a-half and four years extra rating experience. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is presented to graduates upon completion of two years of advanced and specialized study covering topics such as business, management, finance, and accounting. Earning an MBA can give graduates a competitive edge over other job applicants in an aggressive job market.
