The e-Commerce digital trend aims to look at the changes happening in terms of e-Commerce in the digital era. It is absolutely crucial to identify how consumers are making use of online tools to purchase travel related products and services and relate that back to what organizations should do in terms of making use of the power of e-Commerce. This course presents theory and practices to get familiar with the latest trends in an e-Marketing strategy. We first introduce an up to-date presentation of the market trends before presenting the different types of consumer behaviors. We conclude by creating a responsive website dedicated to promote another website by creating a campaign using Internet tools. The main objective of this course is to familiarize the learner with the latest trends in e-Marketing and e-Commerce by reading, writing and implementing skills and tools used in the industry.

The learner will need to create several accounts on social media platforms, curation platforms and other necessary websites. A familiar use of Internet is necessary, as some knowledge in HTML and graphic software’s in order to create interesting visuals for the website as well as for the advertising campaign.
