MBA in HR & Organizational Psychology - Awarded by UCAM, Spain
In any corporate business industry, or a public or government enterprise, one common and most important resource any professional deals with is the human resource. To drive people effectively towards their goals and objectives, understanding human psychology is a prerequisite; in fact, HR and Psychology is the inseparable twins which help us to appreciate more intently the complex human behavior which drives organizational performance.
Westford University College in partnership with UCAM, Spain offers this unique combination of conducting ‘MBA in HR & Organizational Psychology’ program for all working professionals, and for others who want to understand and work in diverse multi-dimensional industry organizations. It will help you to recognize and realize that human resource is the Big Asset which will drive organizational behavior and performance. Learning is a life-long process, join us in this quest for knowledge, which will open up your horizon and understanding of the psychology of the human resource brain.
Program Outline – Part A
The part A consists of six modules out of which four modules are core while two are specialized modules. The six modules will be delivered over a period of six months. All the learners who complete part A will attain 40 ECTS which is equivalent to 120 UK Credits.

Program Outline – Part B
Part B consists of a mandatory module and a thesis work. It has a duration of 6 months and all the learners who complete part A and Part B will be awarded with an MBA degree in Human Resource Management & Organizational Psychology from UCAM Spain, and will attain 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) which is equivalent to 180 UK credits.
