Taught exclusively on our Crans-Montana campus, this is our flagship graduate program. In one intensive year, you will set yourself up for a senior managerial position. Includes two field trips, a choice of two career-focused specializations in your second semester, plus a real-world Consultancy Project with a leading hospitality brand.
Academic content
Hospitality Immersion Program (HIP): Essential grounding in the fundamentals of hospitality. Optional, designed for students without a hospitality degree/relevant experience, but recommended for all.
Semester 1: Includes personal development and leadership skills, managing complex organizations, financial analysis, strategic marketing, consumer behavior and insights, hospitality economics, and advanced management topics, plus first international field trip.
Semester 2: Includes business strategies and performance monitoring, corporate finance, data analytics and decision making, sustainability and CSR in hospitlity, plus second international field trip.

Each specialization includes a bespoke Consultancy Project.

In your second semester of study, you can choose one of two specializations:

These advanced topics have been created with your future career in mind. Each specialization incorporates our unique Consultancy Project, giving you the opportunity to devise solutions to real-life business challenges directly related to your specialization. It’s not a case study; it’s a real consultancy for real companies.

Admission information
Next intake dates: March 2021, September 2021
Minimum age: 23
Education: A copy of academic credentials (Degree, final official transcript for the full degree program). The school accepts documents in English, or one of the Swiss national languages, i.e. French, German and Italian. If not, an official notarized translation in English will be required. Postgraduate Diploma applications from non-degree holders with extensive documented work experience will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Non-degree holders may qualify for a Professional Development Diploma, not a Postgraduate Diploma.
Work experience: Ideally two years of relevant work experience.
English level: Must be proficient in English for higher education studies. English language exam scores (issued in the last 12 months) are required from candidates who are not native English speakers, or who have not spent the last two years in full-time English education.

Study remotely until you are ready/able to join us on campus – with seamless integration to curriculum
