Students in the MBA in Corporate Innovation program progress through a core curriculum of courses that lay the foundation for their concentration specialty and the capstone course.
As a student in the program, you’ll strengthen key areas of business leadership from organizational management to strategic planning through coursework in communication, ethics, and quantitative reasoning. You’ll learn to develop expertise across new ventures, organizations, and global environments in areas such as organizational transformation and implementing new ventures, products, and services. Plus, you’ll learn how to apply principles of creativity and innovation to profit-based and/or not-for-profit organizations. You’ll have the ability to fine-tune your real-world approach to classroom theory and application through analysis, evaluation, and implementation of research-based practices as they apply to your area of concentration.

The Corporate Innovation concentration in the Master of Business Administration program of study builds on the core and foundation, to provide specialized knowledge and applied skills in leading and managing change and complexity in organizations, fostering conditions that create and unleash innovation in organizations and applying financial tools to manage the innovation process. Graduates of this concentration learn skills that will provide opportunities for career entry or advancement in corporation and organizations. Job titles may vary widely, but generally include managers, directors, and executives responsible for strategy, change, and innovation. This degree program is programmatically accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs.

Applicants seeking to apply for admission to the Main Campus Graduate program must provide a complete admissions application and proof of undergraduate graduation or equivalent. Post University strongly recommends an admissions interview.
On-Campus Application for Graduate Admissions
All graduate applicants for admission (e.g., transfer, Military, international) must submit an application to the Office of Admissions and return other required materials to the address below. Along with submitting an application, applicants will need to:
Have official transcripts from all colleges/universities sent by post.
If an applicant’s GPA is below a 3.0 they will be asked to provide a personal statement describing qualifications for Post’s graduate program (250-500 words typed).
Submission of a letter of recommendation; this can be academic or professional.
It is recommended that applicants visit our campus and meet with an Admissions Representative in person. A recommendation from an Admissions Representative and Program Chair is required in order to be admitted.
International Graduate applicants are required to submit TOEFL or IELTS scores. TOEFL scores should be 80 or higher. IELTS scores should be 6.5 or higher.
Transfer applicants may be eligible to transfer in up to 9 credits from an accredited graduate program.
Alternative Credit Options
Within the limits stated below, Post University provides an opportunity for students to demonstrate college-level proficiency in certain subjects where learning has occurred in non-traditional ways, such as advanced placement courses, on-the-job training, standardized examinations, or work experience.
Online Admissions Requirements
Applicants to the graduate programs must submit the following:
A graduate application.
An official transcript with a conferred bachelor’s degree in a related field. (See Chart Below for Details)
An official graduate degree transcript will be permitted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree transcript.

Admission to Graduate Certificate Programs
Applicants to a graduate certificate program must meet and maintain the same admissions criteria appropriate to the program of study that grants the certificate. Applicants may not transfer any credits into a certificate program.
