The academic year consists of two semesters, with two modules each. Each module runs for nine weeks. In addition, the faculty members have earned their Ph.D. degrees from top-ranked universities over the world, and all courses are instructed exclusively in English.

PHBS two-year MBA programs can be either English-taught and full-time MBA with weekday classes or Chinese-taught part-time MBA with weekend classes for those currently working to be able to continue their employment uninterrupted. The faculty members have earned their Ph.D. degrees from top-ranked universities over the world, and have worked in major companies all over the world, bringing their real-world experience to the classroom. Courses include Managerial Economics, Business Statistics, China and World Economy, Financial Accounting, Organizational Behavior, Business Communications, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, etc.
