The Global MBA in Mechanics and Automation is a 12-month full-time program, taught entirely in English. This program is dedicated to students who already have a solid working background. During the first term, class activities will focus on general management, while starting from the second term, participants will study specialized subjects regarding Mechanics and Automation. The program is complete when students complete a 500-hour internship. The internship will help students to improve their problem-solving skills, apply their newly developed knowledge as well as give them the opportunity to face actual situations that arise within the business world.

The Master’s degree is a 12-month full-time program including 518 hours of class activities, 1300 hours of individual and group work and a 500-hour internship.
The academic portion is divided into three terms. During the first term, students will study the fundamentals of general management, while the second and third term will concentrate on the specific subjects of each track.
Creating employability is one of the primary goals of our MBA program which is achieved through systematic career development approach as well as an ongoing effort to effectively align the professional projects of our students with the needs expressed by businesses.
The internship acts as a perfect professional springboard, especially considering the fact that just six months after graduation, Bologna Business School has historically achieved a 90% placement in general average.
The Career Development Department will help participants pursue their career goals and will support them throughout the job seeking process. This specialized department is dedicated to career exploration and fulfillment. A qualified career counselor will assist students with a variety of services and resources including job searching strategies, interview skills, resume development, career/personality assessments and much more.
Career Development Sessions
A dedicated career development session is held as part of the initial work placement program. This workshop is focused on managerial employability, an overview of successful tips for interviewing as well as arranging mock interviews.
