Course Differentials

The course provides a reflection on the main challenges facing companies today, linking theory and practice for making decisions, and to understand and analyze the conditions of a competitive business environment in order to propose actions and measures for adaptation and organizational improvement. This is intended to facilitate understanding in developing corporate strategies that promote the satisfaction of internal and external customer, and the brand of the organization as a provider of efficiency and quality, all sustained, from the development of personal skills inherent in the world business, such as business communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, creativity and leadership.

General objective

Prepare professionals to work with competence and ability to face the challenges of the current market, developing the ability to analyze, structure and synthesize issues of business management, planning and implementing intervention programs based on identification and organizational problems solutions, according to the scope of work defined by each company.

The teaching methodology is at the discretion of each teacher, which may adopt different teaching strategies, defined in the respective educational programs (Education Plans), privileging case studies; games and simulations; conferences; lectures; seminars; directed studies; group work; practical classes in the laboratory; discussions and exchanges of experience and reading previously available texts
