The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategic Leadership is offered in both the classroom lecture and distance-learning modes. Professors who teach in the distance-learning mode are the same as those who teach in the classroom. The degree focuses on the development of those managerial leadership skills necessary to empower organizations to face challenges, create opportunities, and establish themselves as vital centers for productive work. Students will prepare for leadership positions in areas such as public services, government, healthcare, human resources, education, and the more traditional M.B.A. careers such as management, consulting, and financial services.
