The Programme is designed for talented professionals who want to continue their career while undertaking their studies and apply immediately the new skills acquired in the program on their job place. MIP applies an analytical approach to problem solving and provide the special mix of technical and management skills required to develop and lead world-class companies in a range of sectors, from operations and manufacturing to design and luxury management. Management boot camps focused on the business challenges of the future, international exchanges all around the world and personal development activities allow students to customize their MBA. Moreover students of the 2016 edition will participate in an new International Week at EADA Business School in Spain and will have also the opportunitiy to experience an intensive one-week study tour in Silicon Valley.

The International Part Time Master of Business Administration has been developed starting from the 30 years of MBA and EMBA education experience.
The Program, entirely taught in English, is designed for young talents who have at least 3 years of work experience and who are looking for flexibility and a program that allows them to continue working while undertaking studies for a highly-regarded University Masters.

Our International MBA programs are now offered in a brand new and innovative format focusing on the latest business and management topics that the corporate world of today faces. The new improved format of the MBA program is one of a kind designed to impart technical and interpersonal skills needed by the modern manager who is increasingly required to solve cross functional, multi-dimensional and complex problems.

Students will live a truly international experience, enriching from the discussion with different cultures and experiences, thanks to an international class and a global Faculty. Students will have also the chance to increase their international network through an International Week in another European Business School and a large offer of International Exchanges all around the world.
The Faculty is composed of professors from Politecnico di Milano and of visiting professors coming from prestigious international business schools. In the past years the MBA had classes of professors from Harvard Business School, MIT Boston, University of Leuven, EMLYON and Arizona State University. Classes will be completed by several testimonials of managers and executives from relevant Italian and International companies to guarantee a strong link with the real business world.
The formatThe course is delivered in part time weekend format. This allows participants to obtain an internationally recognized qualification - an MBA - without interrupting their careers. It lasts 20 months and lessons are held one weekend each month. During each weekend students attend one course as follows:
- Friday from 10.00 am to 8.30 pm (9 hours plus breaks)
- Saturday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (9 hours plus breaks)
- One International Week in autumn 2016 in another European Business School;
- One full week session on general management topics in autumn 2017 at MIP;
- One full week for the Management Boot Camp in spring 2017 or spring 2018.
The course is structured to train well-rounded managers and provide them with a complete vision of the company’s activities. At the same time, their complementary soft skills will be developed to enable them to operate in complex and increasingly competitive contexts.

MANAGEMENT BOOT CAMPS
The Management Boootcamps represent a radical innovation within the MBA program. During the Management Bootcamp students will be asked to address complex challenges, fundamental for the survival of international companies in the market and for their competitive advantage within the next years. The courses are characterized by a strong practical and multidisciplinary approach. This part of the program will allow students to put into practice what they have learnt during the Core Courses. They will take advantage of the mentorshipof managers and professionals, thereby learning how to solve real and complex problems within companies.
Candidates can choose among 5 different bootcamps (of one week each) based on a range of emerging topics in business which they can also club together with an optional Silicon Valley Experience.

Project work is a crucial part of the entire Programme and it involves problems and situations of specific interest for the students or for the companies sponsoring them.
Working towards your MBA is an excellent opportunity to implement projects in the company or to develop a new business idea having the support of Politecnico Faculty.
MIP places much importance on the improvement of the soft skills, such as leadership, negotiation, communication and team work. Students will be followed by a highly personalized Service of Personal Development from the beginning to the end of the Programme. Different kind of activities are offered: classroom learning, professional skills development, outdoor training sessions and team-working activities, business talks, business dinners and other networking events.
Career Advice is also provided through one-to-one meetings with our dedicated staff and other initiatives. In particular students have access to selfmarketing sessions, mock interviews, a Job Board service, participation in Job Fairs on campus, online or even abroad.

MIP announces its new dual degree agreement with the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics, Boston.

Admission to the MBA is limited to a predetermined number of students. This ensures the optimal development of each student while preserving the group’s learning process. All elements of the application form are carefully studied so we highly recommend that you fill it out carefully and provide us with any extra material you believe might help your candidature.
The selection is based on the evaluation of the professional and academic background, a motivational interview with the Admission Staff and the MIP Test. The selection result depends on the score given to each of the above mentioned elements and can be positive or negative.
Step 1: Submit your Application
Complete the Online Application uploading your updated CV/resume. You will also need to pay the application fee (€ 150) which can be paid online on the application platform itself. You must upload at least your updated CV for initial activation of application while the rest of the documents can be sent afterwards.
Step 2: Interview Selection and Aptitude Test
You will be informed whether you have been selected for the interview with our admission team. You will also are required to sit the MIP Test with the goal of evaluating your logical and critical reasoning skills.

Step 4: Final Decision
Once the Admissions Team receives feedback from the interviewer, your application will be evaluated and then presented to the Admissions Committee who then decides whether to accept or reject each candidate. The selection is based on the evaluation of the professional and academic background, motivational interview performance with the Admissions Team and an aptitude test score (GMAT/GRE/MIP Test). The selection result depends on the score given on each of the above mentioned elements and can be positive or negative. You will be advised by e-mail of the final decision on your application.
