Executive MBA Programme Outline
The Executive MBA Programme is run in the English Language with a solid team of International Faculty and the Action Learning methodology.
The Executive MBA helps you to streamline your work challenges to a real-life solution using Action Learning Methodology. Flexibility is the key; as a business school, we understand the need for continual development and training at the highest level, and also know that time is crucial in our day-to-day lives. By this, you activate workshops quarterly from Friday to Sunday thereby ensuring minimal interference with your daily work.
Our Faculty members are of extensive experience in the world of business and drawn from the International Pool. Online Library for reference and up-to-date research work and business articles is provided with relevant significance.
Activation of courses in Abuja, Port Harcourt and Lagos are held during a three-day intensive Action Learning Workshop
- You are a first-degree holder
- You are at least a Management Trainee
- You have valid internet access
An exemption can be made for those with extensive working experience and no academic qualification to enroll using our APEL platform.

Phase I: 2 months
Here we lay the theoretical foundation upon which your future study will be based; this creates a common conceptual framework for the whole set whilst you follow the International Action Learning MBA. You will write an Organisational Analysis of your company as well as an Action Learning Literature Review. This is based on your current leadership skills and competencies, and you will be encouraged throughout the programme to consider areas for development.
Phase II: 16 months (7 Core Courses, 4 Action Learning Projects (ALPs), including 1 International management ALP.
The seven core courses offered in the second Phase of the programme are:
- HRM – Human Resource Management
- MM – Marketing Management
- OM – Operations Management
- FM – Financial Management
- IM – Information Management
- SM – Strategic Management
- IntM – International Management
Phase III: 6 months
- Research Methodology
- Dissertation Support
- Evaluation of Managerial Learning (EAML)
12 to 15 hours per week.
