At Esade we have pioneered an innovative MBA learning system that accelerates the development of interpersonal skills and competencies.

With input from industry experts, we have modelled 16 competencies that you need to effectively manage yourself and others. And we deliver this skills development experientially so that you embed each competency as you progress through the curriculum.

Electives + Final Master's Project - 30 ECTS

In your second term, you deepen your knowledge and sharpen your focus. Choose electives from the Advanced Management Topics (24 ECTS) and showcase new knowledge and skills with the Final Masters Project (6 ECTS) with the one-to-one support of faculty and expert tutors.

The Final Master Project (worth 6 ECTS) is carried out during two weeks in June and it has the format of a consultancy project. You will work in groups on a challenge assigned by the Master Project coordinator, and you'll be supported by faculty at every stage.

After finishing your Full-Time MBA, you will receive an official Master of Business Administration degree from Ramon Llull University.
