MBA in Quality Management and Certification is designed for working professionals seeking to improve quality standards in their companies and launch globally-relevant products.
The aim of this programme is to ensure that products and services are designed and produced to meet or exceed customer expectations. The scope of this programme covers a wide management area with a special focus on quality management and compliance, and adapted to Asian and Western requirements. The program ranges from general management knowledge to specific aspects like international management culture.
Students undertake 12 core modules and specialized modules to build the foundation of business and management knowledge for over 3 terms. It introduces the knowledge of understanding, developing, and implementing a certificate and quality control system to an organization.

The specialized module of Quality Management and Certification aims to transform students to be professionals who understand the principles of product and service quality managing system, development of administration management and audit system.
The curriculum covers the following topics:
how to ensure brand values of the business with product/ service delivery
how to develop and manage quality of a business in a global environment
how to use quality management and compliance to enhance and improve business performance
Students should do their final thesis work to address some discussions on why quality management and compliance plays a vital role in an organizations’ performance and how it can enhance brand value of the business..
