Honors MBA

The honors MBA program was established to create the best, most comprehensive and effective MBA program in Israel comparable to the leading business schools in the world. Designed for outstanding Israeli and international students with top management potential, the English language program extends over four 12 week semesters concentrated into 13 months of study. It is conducted in cooperation with senior faculty members from Columbia University in New York.

The program’s graduate’s leave equipped with the tools to enter and succeed in a rapidly developing global environment. HMBA students are immersed in an extremely demanding schedule that emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach to all aspects of global management. The program requires full time and full commitment from the participating students.

The Honors MBA offers a unique study experience and lifelong bonds. 


The program commences each year in October. In line with the best B-Schools, students are expected to complete 60 credit points. The first two semesters focus on the basics of management, such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Quantitative Methods, Human Resources and Marketing. The remaining semesters are dedicated to advanced studies of management theory and practice, including case studies and analysis of real management dilemmas. Throughout the program, students will visit leading Israeli companies and receive lectures from successful Israeli and international business people.

The modern curriculum is taught by experienced, dynamic, flexible faculty members supplemented by top international scholars. Many of the courses are taught by faculty members from leading universities such as Columbia University, Cornell University, The University of International Business and Economics – Beijing, University of Maryland, New York University and London Business School.

Employment Guidance Services

Among the services provided are:

  • Recruiting and Networking Events which allow  employers and students to meet and network.
  • A variety of open positions for MBA students / alumni are sent via the Alumni site & E-mails.
  • Ongoing Employment Matching to help students find suitable positions. The office is in constant contact with dozens of Israeli companies, receiving job placements and seeking out suitable positions for graduates.
  • Company Spotlight – top businesses are regularly invited to present themselves to students, often followed by interviews ofprospective employees.

Graduates have already been placed in companies like HP, Checkpoint, Bank Hapoalim, Bagir, Comverse, Intel, the Israeli Ministry of Finance and leading business consultancies. New placements are constantly being explored.

Top Class Students – study with the best. Former students have included: a psychologist, a neurosurgeon, an Israel Air Force pilot, veterans of elite intelligence units, engineers, economists, biologists and computer scientists. Your class colleagues are typically complex, intelligent, ambitious, experienced, commanding and restless. Studying with them, you will learn more than statistics and economics. While most students in the current program are Israelis, increasing numbers are joining from the US, Europe and beyond.
