We welcome applications from graduates in all fields and in all types of organizations. Applicants must meet the following minimum admission requirements:
- A good bachelor’s degree and/or professional qualification
- 8 years work experience minimum
- At least 5 years work experience in a management position
- 2 letters of recommendation
- Letter of employer support to take five days off work every two months
- A pass on GMAT test or CEIBS Admission Test
- CEIBS Interview.

Language of Instruction: All classes, coursework, projects, conferences and activities will be conducted in English. Participants from non-English speaking backgrounds will have to provide evidence of adequate English proficiency.
Attendance format: The programme is designed to fit into the schedule of busy professionals. Participants attend 10 eight-day class meetings in Accra. Classes meet every two and half months. There may be an attendance on the main campus in Shanghai, China for one capstone course.
Each course will be completed in four days. A typical day scheduled from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, is interspersed with seminar sessions, meals and tea breaks and supervised group discussions.
Evenings are devoted to business insight conferences on current topics on innovation and other topics by leading academics, industry guest speakers and other professionals will be invited to share their experiences; computer literacy, Chinese language proficiency and leadership development programmes.
