Executive MBA The Rollins Executive MBA is an intense, comprehensive program that can accelerate your career within 15 months. It has been designed for mid- to senior-level professionals who prefer a blend of online and Saturday classes.
No GMAT is required, but admissions will be highly competitive.
Classes start in April & August.
Schedule and Courses
Classes will be held on campus on Saturdays 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Students starting in April will attend class every Saturday for 14 months. Students starting in August will attend class most Saturdays for 15 months. Some classes will contain online components to meet the needs of students’ busy schedules. Students starting in April will have less online content than students starting in August.
Students will be exposed to advanced business techniques and practices through business concepts courses, core courses, and an integrating Global Research and Study Project. Once they complete the core program, they will have the opportunity to achieve an optional concentration in finance, marketing, international business, management, entrepreneurship, or operations and technology management.
Studying the effects of cultural influences on business is one thing; seeing them in action is another. Rollins Early Advantage MBA students experience international business first-hand by applying classroom learning to real-world challenges through the following programs:
Required Course: Global Research and Study Project
All Executive MBA students take this experiential learning course, which focuses on the challenges and opportunities of doing business in a particular country or region. It features travel overseas as a group, accompanied by the instructor, to gain practical experience in conducting business abroad.
Optional Advanced Courses
- Global Sustainability: Business and the Environment
- Business in Emerging Markets
- Executive MBA Week at IPADE
- Global Consulting Projects
Our students work with real companies and take on real business challenges. You'll tackle problems in class on Saturday that will give you practical experience you can put to work on Monday.
Students will be grouped into teams to learn from each other and find success together. They will quickly learn they have formed a core of trusted advisors that will last well into their careers.
In addition to hands-on global opportunities, several domestic and in-class opportunities are available. Here are some examples:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
We don’t just sit back and talk about marketing theory, we work with real companies to build a strategy, vision and plan that can be implemented in the marketplace.
Students analyze a real company’s operations and come up with recommendations that actually make a difference. Organizations range from restaurants to nonprofit organizations to manufacturing companies.
Global Supply Chain Management
Student teams experience all the challenges and decisions that managers have to make in the real world. Using a sophisticated simulation program, they test key parts of their global supply chain strategy, such as where to locate, where to compete, and which modes of transportation and suppliers to use.
