The course prepares executives for leadership positions in international companies, extensive knowledge of economics, culture and management models of the Americas. With classes taught in English, the program is developed in one year of fortnightly classes, deepening the core concepts of an International MBA, offering four intensive modules in Brazil, Canada, USA and Mexico during the 2nd half of the course. The study trips are immersions in leading universities located in the top four economies of the Americas.

Provides training for an international career based on a solid conceptual basis, complemented by a strong international experience with over 250 class hours at leading universities in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Brazil. Practical experience in international projects, papers and case studies is of great value to the participants and their companies in developing their plans for internationalization.
Organize and update knowledge and apply them to solve international cases in multicultural teams coming from the major economies of the Americas. Empower participants to assume leadership positions in international organizations, with emphasis on increasing the competitiveness in the Americas. The creation of a network in a class with approximately 75% of foreign students, helps them build an international career and lead companies and international projects.
Students are around 31 years old and have approximately 07 years of professional experience. Foreign students are 31 years old, on average.
FFA-FIA Business School will award the Certificate of Course Conclusion on the successful completion of the course, in accordance with Resolution CNE/CES N° 1 of June 8th, 2007. A student whose average mark in all subjects is equal to or higher than 7.0 (seven) will be considered approved. A minimum 75% (seventy five percent) attendance of the total classes of the course is required, as well as a minimum of 50% (fifty percent) of each individual course or module of the curriculum. The marks achieved in the Final Coursework will also be considered. Students who meet these requirements will be awarded a graduate certificate lato sensu at the level of Specialization MBA, accompanied by a transcript of the grades.
